These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to our website (the "Website") and direct online purchases from the FoxoFig brand ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Website or placing an order directly with us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies expressly referenced at checkout. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Separate marketplace terms may govern orders placed on Amazon or another platform; those terms do not remove any statutory rights you have against the seller.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If someone under 18 browses the Website, purchasing decisions and any transactions must be managed by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and not impersonate another person.

FoxoFig offers packaged makhana (fox nuts) and may add related foods or gifts. The description, weight, ingredients, allergen information, nutritional declaration, storage conditions, manufacture/packing information, best-before or use-by date, and FSSAI particulars relevant to a product are those shown on its current product label and listing, as required by law.

Descriptions such as "plain", "no added spices" or "no added flavours" apply only to products specifically described that way; they must not be assumed for every FoxoFig product. Natural makhana may vary slightly in shape, size and appearance. Illustrative lifestyle photographs may include serving suggestions or props that are not included in the pack.

Read the label before consumption, including ingredients, any allergen advice, directions and date marking. Store food in the conditions stated on the pack and do not use a product if the seal is broken, the contents appear contaminated, or the product is past its applicable use-by date. Contact us promptly if you have a concern.

Website content is general product information and does not replace personalised medical or dietary advice. We do not make any therapeutic, preventive or disease-related claim unless explicitly and lawfully stated on the relevant product.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The Website will show the product price and any applicable taxes, delivery or other charges before you confirm payment. We will not charge more than the maximum retail price where the MRP rule applies. Promotions and prices may change prospectively; an already accepted order will not be repriced without your agreement.

If a material listing or pricing error is discovered before fulfilment, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel and refund the affected order. Any applicable statutory protections and remedies remain unaffected.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the listed items. We may accept it by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods, subject to availability and successful payment. An automated order-received message is not necessarily final acceptance. We may reject or cancel a request when stock is unavailable, payment fails, an obvious error occurs, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; amounts collected for a cancelled order will be refunded as applicable.

Only payment options presented during checkout are available. Payments may be processed by licensed or authorised third-party payment-service providers; their terms may also apply. FoxoFig does not ask customers to disclose OTPs, CVVs or passwords by email, social media or telephone. For security, suspicious transactions may be held for reasonable verification, subject to consumer rights.

Delivery regions, shipping fees and estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout or in a separately published Shipping Policy. Timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Please provide a complete, serviceable address and contact number. We will inform you about material fulfilment delays where reasonably possible.

If an order cannot be supplied or delivery materially fails, we will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law. Responsibility for lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods will be assessed in accordance with the law and the circumstances of delivery.

You may request cancellation before dispatch through the stated support channel, subject to the stage of processing. Where a cancellation is accepted, any refund will be made within a reasonable period under applicable payment rules.

Because packaged food has hygiene and safety considerations, change-of-mind returns of opened or otherwise non-resalable food may be unavailable. However, this does not restrict your rights if goods are defective, unsafe, expired, damaged, wrong, misdescribed, missing or otherwise non-conforming under applicable law. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs help but should not be treated as a condition of statutory remedies in every case.

When you purchase FoxoFig goods on a marketplace, the platform may manage checkout, payment, delivery, cancellation or return workflows. Follow the relevant platform process for those transactions and contact us for brand-related product concerns. These Terms do not purport to control that platform or alter mandatory food-safety and consumer protections.

If our Website offers optional customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and informing us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. We may limit or suspend an account for security reasons or material violations of these Terms, while honouring outstanding legal obligations for orders already accepted.

Discounts, bundles, free-shipping offers and promotional codes are subject to their clearly displayed eligibility, validity and redemption limits. We may withdraw an offer for future purchases if it is expired, fraudulent or plainly erroneous, but will not disregard an accepted consumer order in a manner contrary to applicable law. Products and quantities remain subject to availability.

If we allow comments, photographs or reviews, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it is truthful, lawful and does not violate another person's privacy or rights. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or irrelevant content without representing that every review has been independently verified.

We do not support fake orders, fabricated reviews or undisclosed incentivised endorsements. If we wish to reuse your photograph, testimonial or other identifying content in marketing, we will obtain any permission required for that use.

The FoxoFig brand name, custom logo, package designs, original photographs, copy and other Website materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may browse and use the Website for personal shopping. Except where law permits, you must not reproduce, sell, modify or exploit our protected material for commercial purposes without written permission.

Do not use the Website for fraud, unlawful activity, attempted unauthorised access, malicious code, bulk scraping that disrupts services, impersonation or interference with other users. We may take proportionate action to protect the Website, including restricting access, and may cooperate with lawful investigations.

The Website may link to independent sites, payment gateways, logistics tracking pages or social media services. Such third parties operate under their own terms and notices. We are responsible for our own obligations to customers but do not control the content or operation of unrelated third-party websites.

We aim to keep product information accurate and the Website operational. Occasional technical downtime, formatting mistakes or stock changes can occur. To the extent permitted by law, general Website content is provided without an assurance of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes an express product assurance, statutory warranty, food-safety obligation or non-excludable consumer remedy.

Neither party is responsible for indirect or remote losses except where applicable law provides otherwise. No limitation in these Terms applies to fraud, wilful misconduct, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or consumer remedies for unsafe, defective or non-conforming food. If extraordinary events disrupt fulfilment, we will communicate available options and provide refunds or other remedies where legally required.

We may update these Terms for future use of the Website by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes do not retrospectively take away rights arising from an already accepted order. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce a term once is not a permanent waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory statutory forum and consumer-protection rights, disputes may be brought before competent courts in India. This clause does not prevent you from approaching an appropriate consumer commission, regulator or other authority empowered by law.
